Fresh Tomato Bruschetta

Tomato bruschetta is one of the easiest appetizers to throw together and is so delicious especially in the summer months when everything is in season.  I like to slice the bread and rub it with a garlic clove that I cut in half before toasting it slightly in the oven.  For the bruschetta itself I cube the tomatoes into a bowl and add capers, fresh chopped garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, balsamic, and S&P.  Once the bread is toasted I top with the tomato mixture and drizzle a little more balsamic on top.  Buon appetito!
